  • Jasper Schouten is CEO and Co-Founder of 1-2-Taste, he has had an adventurous career in the food ingredients industry. After completing a Masters degree from Wageningen University in the Netherlands, working for major Global Food Ingredients companies took him to Egypt, China and Dubai, giving him an appreciation of regional differences as well as commercial challenges.   • Marcia Young is Sr Advisor, Consumer Intelligence at FlavorWiki. Marcia recently retired from Mondelez International where she was Sr. Director of Consumer Science. Marcia’s prior roles include global leadership positions in Consumer/Sensory Science at Kraft Foods Inc, Cadbury Plc, Campbell Soup Company, Sara Lee Bakery and Gerber Products Company.
