Account Manager – Cultures and Enzymes
Robert Aguilera is a CHR Hansen Food Cultures & Enzymes Account Manager primarily working with Fresh Dairy and Cheese producers, but also supports Plant Based and Fermented Meat customers as well. Robert has been in Cheese since 2001. First in retail, then sourcing and importing cheese and artisan food products from Europe and North America for Formaggio Kitchen, then in cheese production trade sales & support for 9.5 years serving artisan and industrial cheese makers in cultures, equipment, aging room shelving and tools, packaging for better shelf life and troubleshooting support while working for Fromagex. A passionate educator at heart, Robert created a Cheese and Culinary tasting experience club in Boston that ran for 4 years called the Bueno Queso Social Club. He is a charter member of the MA Cheese Guild, and has been a member of the American Cheese Society as an educational committee member for 3 years developing educational content for the annual conference and as a conference attendee for 13 years. Now he is the North American Lead for Chr Hansen’s Taste-IT Sensory program utilizing Flavorwiki Software, crafting surveys and participating in presenting fermented foods for analytical grading as well as impactful experiential tastings for innovation propulsion to provide unique customer sensory experiences for all fermented food and beverage companies that Chr Hansen supports. Robert is always looking forward to share, especially when tasting cheese.
Global Product Manager, Cheese
Timea Puskas-Larsen is Global Product Manager at Chr. Hansen, responsible for enzymes used in the cheese industry. She has joined Chr. Hansen ca. 5 years ago and has been the one who started up the Taste-IT tool and developed together with Marlene and FlavorWiki. Timea is from Transylvania, with degrees in BSc. Food Engineering (RO), MSc. Biotechnology (DK), and Masters in Business Administration and Bioentrepreneurship (CBS, DK).
Commercial Development Manager Food Cultures & Enzymes
Marlene Boiesen has been with Chr. Hansen 4 1/2 years as Commercial Development Manager for the cheese ripening area. Creating new tasteful cheese solutions based on market insights and customer engagement. She holds a Masters Degree in Food Science and has developed commercial skills in the FMCG arena.
