FlavorWiki is an online market research platform seeking a dedicated Recruitment Operations Administrator to work as part of our Operations team in successfully sourcing and recruiting market research participants for our projects globally. The ideal candidate should be organized, have great attention to detail and be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 

This is a remote position, the applicant must have a fiber internet connection and should be available during working hours in European or US time zones (though not necessarily located in those areas).

The Recruitment Operations Administrator should be fluent in written and spoken English and have experience with online recruiting and freelancer websites like Upwork. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing contracts and payments for the recruited users. Additional languages are a plus. 

Responsibilities: 

• Support the Operations team to identify, source and recruit users for market studies.
• Maintain effective, constant and on-time communications with users in order to resolve questions and problems. 
• Provide timely responses and solutions to project’s stakeholders.
• Keep track of different projects in an organized and structured manner, following brand guidelines and stakeholder’s instructions.
• Report back to higher management in a clear and effective way.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
  
  

Requirements: 

• Excellent command of English (verbal & written).
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
• Previous experience in recruiting operations will be considered an asset.
• Experience working with job sourcing platforms. 
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with remote teams and agile technologies.
• Very good with Excel/PPT/G-Docs/G-Sheets.
