FlavorWiki is an online market research platform seeking a Sales Administrator to assist our multi-national Sales Team in organizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for future and existing clients. Your role will be to assist Senior Sales Representatives, Marketing, and the CEO in working with international partners, keeping track of customer information and other tasks related to sales and marketing support. This is a fast-paced full time position that requires the ability to multitask.

Sales administration responsibilities and duties including, but not limited to:

• Previous work experience, preferably in a sales / marketing / project management
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Experience drafting and running different sales campaigns (e-mail, LinkedIn, B2B, conferences)
• Maintain and accurate database of customer and prospect information
• Assist the Sales department with pipeline and any other requests
• A team player with high level of dedication and a strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Business-level English, written and spoken

We will pay you through a fixed-priced contract for a trial period, during which we will support you in understanding how to successfully develop your work. After a successful trial, you will be offered a regular full-time position as part of our international team.
