Now more than ever companies need to find ways to keep communication channels open for consumers to give their constant feedback on the products they love. More than just a 5 star review or a comment through a customer service chat, we are talking about obtaining actionable, statistical data, from thousands of consumers from all over the world. In this webinar we will explore how we can successfully track and analyze consumers, explain the different methodologies and show how to use the FlavorWiki platform to obtain the most effective results for insights departments in the food and ingredient industry.
