FlavorWiki is an online market research platform that currently is looking for a passionate, and creative UI/UX Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use web service.

You’d be working very closely with the Developer team, CEO and business development team to bring an evolving product to life and continue improving it as our community and customer base grows. This is a remote position, so you will need your own computer or laptop, and you must have a fiber internet connection. You should be available during working hours in European or US time zones (though not necessarily located in those areas).

Responsibilities:

• Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, sitemaps, and prototypes.
• Design and test UI elements and tools.
• Collaborate with our developers, marketing, business development team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.

Requirements:

• Have experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
• Have a strong foundation of design knowledge, including basic design principles such as branding, typography and color theory, and how to develop and use style guides.
• Experience building user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for responsive web, mobile apps, etc.
• Have good skills in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Have good skills in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
• Have good communication skills and ability to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• Experience incorporating customer feedback, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Advanced English level.
